Applicants with forty percent (40%) and above score in the Entrance Examination of the School of Foundation Studies have been offered provisional admission and are expected to follow these directives:

1. Visit foundation.unilag.edu.ng, click on student page and login to the Student portal
   Username: Application number (e.g. M23323999)
   Password: Surname in lower case.
2. Update the Biodata form
   - Ensure names are correct and in proper order: Surname, First Name, Other Name- The order of names should conform to details on Birth Certificate, NIN, and “O” Level Statement of Result- Print Out The Biodata Form
3. For members of staff of the University of Lagos, LUTH and retired members of staff of the University of Lagos, please visit the HRMD Office at the Senate House, 2^nd Floor, to update your children’s biological status. After which, return to the student portal to update the Biodata form which is expected to reflect the tuition fee for staff biological children. Thereafter, print out the Biodata form.
4. Print out your provisional Admission Letter from the student portal, thereafter go through conditions guiding the admission as stated in the Acceptance Letter, if agreeable, download and generate Pay Advice for the payment of Thirty-Three thousand five hundred naira only (N33,500.00) as acceptance and ID card fees via the University payment
5. After payment, go online to print out your Letter of Acceptance, sign it and proceed for the screening exercise.
6. Screening exercise holds on Monday, 3^rd of November, 2025 at the Tolu Odugbemi Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday 4^th and Wednesday 5^th November, 2025 at the School of Foundation Studies. Admitted students are expected to be physically present for their screening exercise
   
   1. These are the documents to be presented by those that have been admitted:
      • NIN slip
      • Offer of Admission Letter
      • Duly signed Acceptance Letter/Evidence of Acceptance
      • Birth Certificate
      • Testimonial from Secondary School attended
      • “O” Level Result
7. Reference Letter from a Clergy/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Public Servant
8. Please bring along original copies of all credentials and 2 photocopies of each original credential.
9. Return to your student portal at foundation.unilag.edu.ng and re-log in to generate Pay Advice (This Pay Advice will include all other fees (payment of 50% of Tuition is available on the page)).
10. With Pay Advice, proceed to the bank to pay the other necessary fees including school fees. (Payment of at least half of the Total Fee is MANDATORY before the commencement of Lectures)
11. Thereafter, visit the School of Foundation Studies with the evidence of payment of school fees and other relevant documents including a passport photograph, to enable you obtain a clearance card that will grant you access for lectures
12. Lectures resume immediately as scheduled on the lecture timetable (9am - 6pm daily).
